“Whereas, the HONORABLE EARL WARREN has long and effectively espoused probation and parole during his career as an Attorney, District Attorney, Attorney General, Governor, and now as Chief Justice of the United States, has provided the necessary leadership to bring to successful culmination the program for strengthening the Federal Probation System,
Therefore, be it resolved: that the members of the Federal Probation Officers Association express to him their deepest respects in recognition of his many and significant contributions to the advancement of the humane administration of justice.
