ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT
OF
THE FEDERAL PROBATION OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Articles of Incorporation of The Federal Probation Officers Association, Inc. are hereby amended as follows:
1. The name of the Corporation is The Federal Probation Officers Association, Inc.
2. The within and foregoing Amendment to the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation was duly approved by all of the members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on March 6, 1993, in accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. Section 14-3-1003.
The approval of the within and aforesaid Amendment to Corporation's Articles of Incorporation by the membership of the Corporation was not required pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 14-3- 1003(1)(D).
3. The Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation are hereby amended as follows:
By changing the name of the Corporation, as set forth in Article I of the Articles of Incorporation, from "The Federal Probation Officers Association, Inc." to "The Federal Probation & Pretrial Officers Association, Inc.".

Laskowski, Secretary of THE FEDERAL PROBATION OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, do certify that a resolution was unanimously adopted by all of the members of the Board of Directors of THE FEDERAL PROBATION OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC. on March 6, 1993, authorizing that the Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation be amended as follows:
By changing the name of the Corporation, as set forth in Article I of the Articles of Incorporation, from "The Federal Probation Officers Association, Inc." to "The Federal Probation & Pretrial Officers Association, Inc.".
I do further certify that all of the above appeared on the Minutes of the hereinabove-described meeting and that said resolution has not been modified, amended, or rescinded since said date.
